Shipping and ReturnsShipping charges are determined by weight and distance. UPS has a weight\distance calculator that automatically computes your shipping charges during the checkout process. You will be charged at the standard UPS Ground rate unless you wish to ship next day or 2nd day air which is an additional charge. There is a nominal fee for 2Xtra\3Xtra large coats and jackets. Most all products are shipped within 48 hours after receipt of your order.
Kakadu Australian Traders, Sydney Oilskin Clothing Collection products and Rossi Boots are shipped worldwide. Koolaburra Boots, Foxfire and Thunder River Gear ship products only to the U.S. and Canada. Our return policy for Foxfire and Thunder River Gear allows stock items in resalable condition to be returned or exchanged anytime within one year of purchase for a 100% refund. Items must be on original hangers and have the original hangtags and be undamaged.
For all other products you have up to 30 days to return if they are undamaged. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
Hats are the only exception to the return policy for all manufacturers; they cannot be returned due to their fragile nature.
Koolaburra footwear is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year, excluding misuse and normal wear and tear. Some dye loss or transfer is normal, especially with dark colors. Returns of non-defective footwear in new condition may be accepted on a case by case basis, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns not marked with a valid Return Authorization issued by Koolaburra will be refused.
